The "small" video are approximately 5 minutes in length, are fairly tiny in size and should be suitable for viewing over a good dialup connection. The "long" videos are the full talk given by the intern in a full Real Video version--this will only work well with a broadband connection. Both forms may be downloaded (i.e., they aren't "streamed").
