FNAL SIST Program

For Applicants

How To Apply

In order to apply to the program, you must be nominated by a faculty member at your college or university. We have already contacted many professors with this information, so you might check with them first. Instructions can be sent to a professor on how to nominate students by contacting us through this web link. If you are a professor, click here.

Once you have been nominated, you will be given a web address, unique to your application, where you can fill out our application form. This form is in six main parts, including information about you, about your college carrer so far, about your references and to upload written information about yourself, like a resume and an essay.

Once you are ready to submit an application, you should consult this list of required material for your application.

Problems with your application? Please contact us with as much specifics as possible on the problems you are having. Also, please be sure to enroll in one of our Web Seminars. There will be information in the Webinars in January and February on solving application problems.

Spam Blockers In the online application process, our web server can send you email automatically. We have seen on occasion that these emails have been blocked by client anti-spam software. Please be aware of this.
